Harun Farocki

2005, Video

Farocki takes collected graphics, diagrams, pictograms and statistics from newspapers, school books, language text books, and documents produced by public authorities, and assembled them into a silent movie, which reconstructs the history of migration in the Federal Republic of Germany.
